Refund & Cancellation Policy (Digital Services)

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Axium Webdesign.

2. Nature of our services

Axium Webdesign provides professional website design, development, and technical consulting with a focus on high-performance e-commerce experiences.

Our work includes:

  • Building new e-commerce websites

  • Optimizing existing online stores

  • Theme and custom front-end development

  • UX and conversion-focused layout improvements

  • Speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness optimization

  • App and analytics integration

All services are delivered as custom digital development projects for business clients.

We do not:

  • Sell physical goods

  • Operate a marketplace

  • Handle or store payments from our clients’ customers

  • Act as a payment intermediary

3. Cancellation before work begins

If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.

Work is considered started once planning, design, development, configuration, or technical setup begins.

4. Cancellation after work has started

Because each project is custom and time-based, refunds after work has started are calculated based on the portion of the service that has not yet been delivered.

If you cancel after the project has started:

  • You will only be charged for the work already completed

  • Any remaining unused balance will be refunded

Completed deliverables, implemented work, and finished project stages are non-refundable.

5. Milestones and approvals

Projects are typically delivered in clearly defined stages.

Once a stage has been delivered and approved, or you confirm that we should proceed to the next phase, that stage is considered completed and the related payment becomes non-refundable.

If something does not match the agreed scope at a milestone stage, we will correct it before moving forward.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions that fall within the original agreed scope are included.

Requests for additional features, structural changes, new pages, or new integrations that were not part of the initial agreement may require a separate quote. This will always be discussed and approved in advance.

7. Client responsibilities and timelines

Project timelines depend on receiving the necessary materials and access from you.

You are responsible for providing:

  • Platform or store access

  • Content and product data

  • Branding assets

  • Feedback and approvals

If required input is delayed, the delivery timeline will be adjusted.

If there is no response for 30 days, the project may be marked as inactive. You may resume the project at a later time. Any refund in this case will be based on the work already completed.

8. If we are unable to deliver

If Axium Webdesign is unable to complete the agreed service for reasons on our side, a fair refund will be issued for the portion of the work that has not been delivered.

9. Third-party costs

Certain elements are provided by external services and are not controlled by Axium Webdesign. These costs are non-refundable once purchased. Examples include:

  • Paid themes

  • App subscriptions or licenses

  • Domains and hosting

  • External software or tools

  • Payment processing fees

You will always be informed in advance before any third-party cost is incurred.

10. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
